Normal Procedures

The following normal checklists cover each phase of flight, from preflight to engine shutdown. The same checklists are available interactively in the EFB under Aircraft → Checklists, where items can be marked as completed as you go.

The EFB States page can also start the aircraft automatically with Autostart, or prepare it for the next leg with Turnaround. See EFB — States.

Before Starting Engines

Series (48V) start is recommended for the first start of the day or when oil temperature is below 5°C. See Electrical System.

Engine Shutdown

Moving the Power Levers to reverse before the engine stops lets the propeller settle onto the start locks for the next start.
