About ProjectMAX

Project MAX was founded in 2018 with the goal of creating high-quality content for the flight simulation community. What began as a small passion project quickly grew into a collaborative studio driven by a commitment to authenticity, continuous learning, and attention to detail.

Our journey started with the development of airport scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX) and Lockheed Martin Prepar3D (P3D), where we focused on recreating airports and environments with accuracy while refining our development workflow and technical expertise. These early projects laid the foundation for the standards and experience that continue to guide us today.

As the flight simulation platform evolved, so did Project MAX. We expanded into aircraft development in 2026 with our State of the Art C212-200, combining detailed 3D modeling, advanced systems simulation, custom avionics, realistic flight dynamics, and immersive sound design to create products that balance authenticity with an enjoyable user experience.

Today, ProjectMAX continues to grow as an independent flight simulation studio, bringing together developers and collaborators with a shared passion for aviation. While our roots remain in scenery development, our focus has expanded to delivering high-quality aircraft and simulation experiences for the next generation of Flight Simulator.
